Count doses before comparing prices
The Tyzepa pens listed in this site's current price guide contain four doses each. Two pens contain eight weekly doses, or about eight weeks when used once weekly as prescribed. Eight weeks and two calendar months are not exactly the same length, so keep the dose count in view.
Same-strength options contain two pens of one strength. Mixed-strength options contain the two stated strengths. Your Doctor decides the intended strengths and sequence. A price table is a purchasing comparison, not a dose-increase schedule.

These examples reflect the site's published prices checked on 7 October 2026. All amounts are in Pakistani rupees. Confirm availability and current terms at booking before arrival.

The first-pack offer is for new customers' first 2.5 mg pack through direct orders. The published offer includes delivery and is valid until 31 October 2026. Two-pen prices use a separate 15% discount on regular totals; the first-pack offer is not combined with that discount. The displayed two-pen October offers also include delivery.
Why two introductory prices are not the two-pen offer
The introductory offer has its own eligibility and quantity terms. Multiplying PKR 35,000 by two does not describe the published price of the two-pen option. Ask for the total of the option actually quoted to you and check that both pens match the prescription.
Plan the wider continuing cost
Keep medicine quantity, prescribed strength, follow-up and any additional supplies in your budget discussion. Ask what happens to the price after the offer ends, when the next review should occur and how a changed prescription would affect the next quote.
